Dancing in high heels is nothing new. Historical images show dancers in high heels as early as the Middle Ages during ballroom dances. And more recently, you can also practise this in dance studios. The heels class will prepare you for a commercial audition or show, where dancing in high heels is usually required. Or simply learn to walk elegantly and gracefully in high heels and then dance in them. The warm-up will be barefoot/socks or trainers to prepare the body, especially the feet and back, for the class in heels. In this class you will have a lot of fun and be able to live out your femininity to the full! The lesson should always be attended in high heels, because the body and posture react completely differently in high heels. And that is exactly what needs to be learnt.
